I used to be you.

I needed to learn a lot to run a successful private practice. What’s different is I had the advantage of a degree in business and having worked in a prior career as an accountant. I also had the advantage of working at a private practice for several years before going on my own. However, I wish I had someone that could have provided guidance along the way about where to market, how to market, who to hire, leadership, how to prioritize myself, my family, and my business. I wish I had a group of high-achieving private practice owners that would share experiences and wisdom. Ohhh, the time I could have saved in research, learning, and mistakes!

 

There is a better way. 

Having a business mindset helped me to realize quickly, I needed to grow myself (leadership, balance) and my practice (staff, advisors, specialty). It was not enough to just build my clinical skills. Since starting my practice in 2012, I have grown from 1 person, in a leased space to owning a building and locations in 3 cities with a staff of 15 and growing. I have always been passionate about helping others to do more than exist, not just survive, but thrive. Now I am just as committed to your development as a private practice owner.
